Americans with Disability Act Services
Staff have extensive knowledge and experience with many aspects of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Consultation and assessment services are available as follows:
Title I – Employment: Staff can assist employers with “reasonable accommodations” assessments for employees with a disability. This includes work place access and adaptive aides for maximum performance.
Title II – Transportation: Recommendations to government facilities and public transportation providers.
Title III – Public Facilities: An in-depth assessment of public facilities for compliance with the ADA for public accommodations. This includes reviewing built construction plans and technical assistance with architects and property owners. A detailed written report with necessary recommendations for compliance is provided.
